Edward Biggers is President and Managing Attorney of The Biggers Law Firm, P.C., a recognized and respected global civil practice. Edward’s primary focus is counseling clients on Will, Estate & Trust Planning and Administration matters, including Dynasty Trust planning and formation, and Philanthropic planning.

He represents clients in all aspects of Estate and Trust litigation and Will contests. For three decades, Edward has advised and represented a diverse group of clients in connections with a wide range of Real Estate
transactions, Business Planning and Organizations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Employment law matters,
as well as the practice areas reflected below.

With over 35 years legal experience, Edward has developed and refined a vast, diverse and unique skill set
and knowledge required to understand and innovatively approach complex legal issues. Edward’s extensive experience provides him with the invaluable strategic perspective and background necessary to represent and counsel his clients successfully in today’s complex legal climate.

Edward, also known as Ted, is a third generation Dallas lawyer. He grew up in Dallas, graduated from Highland Park High School and attended the University of Alabama where he earned a B.S. degree in accounting. Ted then attended St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

During the past 36 years, Ted has built a successful Global Civil Law Practice. Specific focus has always been counseling clients on matters related to Wills, Estate & Trust Planning and Administration, Estate and Trust litigation and Will contests. Other areas of his practice include Real Estate, Business Planning and Organizations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment law, as well as the other areas set out in the practice areas of this website. Ted has established a practice with a solid and well-respected reputation. He provides large firm experience with individualized attention to each client.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending time with family and being active in the community. Ted’s involvement has included participating in the leadership of many community organizations, volunteering in community outreach opportunities, as well as serving in leadership positions when his three sons were young in their youth activities, such as Scouting and coaching many of his sons’ youth sports teams. Ted grew up in Highland Park United Methodist Church, where he and his wife are active members.
