Overview

Hunt Biggers is a Senior Associate Attorney at The Biggers Law Firm, P.C., concentrating his practice on Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration, Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Trademark Law and Registration, and General Business. He counsels clients on all matters related to Estate Planning, Probate of Wills, and Administration of estates. He advises clients on Trust issues, including reformations and modifications, and appointment of successor trustees. Hunt’s representation has included advising corporate clients on a wide range of corporate transaction matters, as well as entrepreneurs in starting new businesses. He also counsels clients in matters related to Trademark Law and Registration, and has experience representing clients in the USPTO registration process, challenges to registration of Trademarks, and protecting registered Trademarks.

Hunt is a Senior Associate Attorney at The Biggers Law Firm, P.C., joining the firm in 2020 where he is a fourth generation Dallas lawyer. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2020 and represents clients in connection with Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration,Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Trademark Law and Registration, Employment Law, and General Business. 

Hunt is part of a 6th generation Park Cities family, and a 2013 graduate of Highland Park High School in Dallas. After graduation he attended Texas A&M in College Station where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Mays Business School.  Bound for Dallas after graduation, Hunt attended SMU Dedman School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2020. 

During law school, Hunt was a Staff Editor and Associate Editor for the SMU International Law Review Association.  He was elected to be a Federal Bar Association Liaison to the Dallas Federal Bar Association his second year and was elected to serve on the SMU Student Bar Association as a 3L Class Representative his third year in law school.  Hunt served on the Voting Council of the SMU Student Bar Association for two years. 

Outside the office, Hunt is active in several social and community organizations. Hunt is also an Eagle Scout, having received the award in 2010 while a member of Boy Scouts Troop 82, and a Bronze Palm Award 2012 recipient.  Hunt and his wife, Ciara, enjoy spending time together with friends and family, fostering dogs and locating forever homes for them, and travel.
